Staff on Akara Essex is picked from our current playerbase.  Anyone wishing to be on staff must at least have 4 days of ingame play time.  You must also possess sufficient people skills to handle the load of pages we get.  You also must be willing and able to follow the chain of command, being that you listen to other GM's Seer's or especially Admins/Owners above you.  Insubordination will ultimately lead to us inviting you to leave the server.
